Our story
MORROW is the restaurant at the Park Golf resort in Hradec Králové. We cook seasonally, from local produce, in a menu that changes every few weeks.
Where we started
The restaurant sits at the Park Golf resort on the edge of Hradec Králové, between the course and the woods. People first came here for lunch between two nines. It turned out the drive is worth it without a golf club too — and MORROW was born.
The name is a promise. Every day we cook knowing tomorrow could be a little better. That is why the menu keeps changing, and why we ask our guests what they enjoyed.
How we cook
Seasonality comes first. We buy from suppliers we know by name and build the menu around whatever is at its best right now — not around what can be ordered all year.
Technique stays in the background. It should not be visible; it should be tasted. When produce has character of its own, we let it speak and get out of the way.
From breakfast to dinner
We open for breakfast and close after dinner. Mornings bring scrambled eggs, a French omelette or a charcuterie board. During the day there is à la carte and a weekly menu; in the evening, the tasting menu for two.
We also host themed evenings — Mediterranean, Asian with sushi — and showcases of premium cuts such as wagyu A5 or US Prime. Dates go out on social media and by newsletter.
